Stunning and magical powder in pearls from Guerlain Perles Des Neiges - excellent gift for Christmas

According to Guerlain this powder in pearls is a "frosted light, radiance, and iridescence." It's a translucent, gold-shimmered beige with a luminous sheen.

Now, take a minute (or 10) to admire this bautiful packaging... This pearls edition is truly a collector item and an excellent Christmas/birthday/anniversary gift!

Personally, I love when powder gives a gentle sheen rather than chunks of sparkly shimmer In my opinion the only thing that should sparkle with shimmer during holidays is Christmas tree.

I own one box of "regular" Guerlain pearls and even though the price is steep (around $80 for 1 oz/30 grams) it will last you at least 3 years. Not to mention, the box is so pretty. I would keep it and use it for small jewelry or just place it on my shelf to look at it and to admire its glorious beauty.

It's new and delicious - a blush Joues Contraste in Golden Sun from Chanel!

It's beautiful! The blush has light brown and slightly rosy color. It has very flattering golden sheen and buildable silky texture. It is not sparkly with lots chunks of shimmer so you won't look like a disco ball.

It looks very good on any skin tone in any season of the year.

It's a must have for those women who hate bronzers and all those contouring nonsense and much rather prefer a nice pop of color (or should I say, sun!) with a hint of fresh, youthful glow.

The packaging is stunning - black and very elegant - typical Chanel.

The brush is quiet useful.

This beautiful blush is on my personal shopping list.

The downside of Chanel Joues Contraste blushes in general is some of its ingredients like fragrance (which is very high on the ingredient's list), petrolatum, mineral oil. It is also pack with parabens.

If you have sensitive skin this blush might be not for you.

As I mentioned before the blush has very silky formula and indeed there is silk powder in the second line of ingredient's list.
